Rick Ward Consulting is a full service firm that specializes in lobbying, government relations, business consulting, and legislative strategy. Serving for 11 years in the Louisiana State Senate and having over 15 years of legal experience, Rick Ward brings a unique perspective to clients. Having first hand experience in the Legislature, he's seen first hand the value of a partnership between a knowledgeable advocate and their client.

About

After graduating from Louisiana State University, Ward received his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. In 2011 Ward was elected to the Louisiana State Senate for District 17 where he won with 70% of the vote then was elected without opposition for the following two terms.

As a Senator, Ward served as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Consumer Protection and International Affairs, Transportation, Highways and Public Works, and Judiciary A. During his time in the legislature, Ward developed a reputation for bringing people together and finding solutions to some of Louisiana's most difficult challenges. Rick Ward brings this same approach to his business, providing effective strategies to achieve results.
